Alcove Partners, ā-Hub (AU Incubation Center) and TiE Andhra Pradesh are happy to announce the fourth hackathon of our HackAP series of hackathons. The theme of this hackathon is Electric Vehicles.

Team Size: 2 - 4 members per team
Eligibility: Open to all
Area of Focus: Multi-disciplinary
Note: All the problems in this hackathon are problems from the industry.
Prizes
  • The top 3 teams with a working prototype to one of the problems will be awarded INR 5000, 3000 and 2000.
  • Some winners can also expect incubation support in the form of space, mentoring, internships, job offers and more.
  • All participating teams that are present for the Valedictory will be awarded certificates of participation.
Facilities
  • Workspace for participating teams on Sunday 28 May 2023 from 9 AM to 2 PM.
  • Wi-Fi access (participants may also want to bring their own dongles in case they find the Wi-Fi speeds to be slow).
  • Refreshments, lunch & drinking water.

  • 10 AM: Hackathon launch
28 May 2023 (in-person at the ā-Hub)
  • 9 AM: Report to the ā-Hub first floor
  • Up to 2 PM: Solutions submission deadline
  • 2 - 3 PM: Judges decide top 5 teams
  • 3 - 4 PM: Presentations by top-5 teams
  • 4 - 4:30 PM: Judges deliberate
  • 4:30 PM - 5 PM: Awards and Valedictory
Rules
  • The hackathon will be conducted online from 9:30 AM on Saturday, 27 May 2023. On Sunday, 28 May 2023, all participating teams should report in person to the AU Incubation Center (ā-Hub) between 9 AM and 9:30 AM. Late comers may face space limitations.
  • The solutions must be the own work of participating teams.
  • The problem statements can be found here (PDF).
  • Participants should have their own laptops and any other equipment that will help them develop a solution.
